This includes new memberships, lost passwords and a plethora of others. Many many emails.

But, they’re not all trash. There will be lots of good emails like “Susie has been locked out for too many incorrect passwords” or “Adam just cancelled his membership” or “Amy’s credit card bounced”


Essentially, 1 email address has to catch all of this and it shouldn’t be ignored. For years it was Matt, but that won’t be appropriate anymore.
