Westgate Neighbors Association is proud to present Westgate Wags and Whiskers. We are grateful for generous support from The Kifle Group/NextHome Experience. Save the date and get ready to leash up, Columbus! All proceeds from our Red Rover Rrrraffle will go to pet and animal charities.
Westgate Wags and Whiskers promises the ultimate dog & cat (& bird, turtle, horse, snake, etc.) day of summer!
This FREE event is open to all pets and their well-behaved humans in and around the city. For the safety of all two and four legged attendees, all pets must be leashed or otherwise controlled at all times.

WESTGATE PET SHOWCASE: This year we are featuring a Westgate Pet Showcase! We love to see your pets in person, but we realize it’s not realistic to bring every pet to our event. This is your chance to show off your fish, snake, bearded dragon, horse, cats, or even your hermit crab! We still wanna see your dogs so please send their photos too! On the day of the event, the photos will be featured on our Pet Showcase wall. Upload your photos to our google form or email them to westgatepets26@gmail.com
Super Sidekick Pet Pageant:
Returning for 2026 will be our popular Super Sidekick Pet Pageant! So, if you’re bringing a pet, they are eligible to enter and win (and look a little kooky in the crown and cape that will designate Westgate’s “Super Sidekick”)! Costumes are encouraged, but not required. Sign-up begins at noon, and remember … it’s not a beauty pageant. Any “body” that slithers, swims, flies, bounds or creeps onto the pageant stage can be a winner!
Red Rover Rrrraffle:
You do not need to be present to win — but you need to be onsite to select which baskets you want to be in the running for — you get to choose!
Drawings will be held at 3:30 p.m. You do not need to be present to win. All proceeds benefit animal & pet charities.
